Early ripening: the period from full germination to technical ripeness is 46-53 days. The plant is medium-sized, up to 75 cm high (requires support). The bean is slightly curved to saber-shaped, with a pointed tip, dark green in the technical ripeness phase. There are 8-10 seeds per bean.
The peas are dark green, uniform in colour and size. The taste is excellent.
To obtain peas throughout the summer, seeds are sown in 2-3 periods with an interval of 10-15 days.
Recommended for fresh consumption in salads and cold appetizers, as a side dish, added to soups, canned and frozen.
Juicy shoulder blades are a favorite delicacy of children and adults.
